工作职责:
1. Organize training requirement surveys and design training plan in accordance with the training need analysis results.
2. Plan the curriculum and preparing lessons for new employees' training and other trainings (online and offline)
3. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, such as location, times, invitations, discipline of the course, and host trainers. Conduct training satisfaction survey and improve employee satisfaction.
4. Maintain training record and materials.
5. Prepare and control overall training budgets. Use the training funds appropriately, and keep the cost within the budget.
6. Evaluate the results and effectiveness of training by using different approaches, and improve the training effectiveness accordingly.
任职资格:
Bachelor degree and above
3+ years of related work experience
Training skill certification is a plus
Know-how about learning and development;

Good learning agility;
