工作职责：

 Develop and maintain financial plans and budgets for Clinical Development initiatives. ·
 Provide financial analysis and support to project teams to help inform decision-making. ·
 Conduct financial forecasting and scenario planning to assess the potential financial impact of various Clinical Development initiatives. ·
 Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insight into the financial performance of Clinical Development projects. ·
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial information. ·
 Stay current on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

任职资格：

 Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. ·
 5~7 years of finance related experience in pharmaceutical industry. Has experience in MNC is preferred. ·
 Has experience in financial consultancy firms is preferred. ·
 Demonstrated sound understanding of related fields (e.g. clinical development, analytical and financial modeling). ·
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. ·
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
