工作职责:
1. Design the talent development guiding framework, set up the process, policy and tools of talent development
2. Partner with R&D leaders and HRBPs to identify high potential talents and guide IDP of talents. Create succession plan and help potential successors to develop their capabilities.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive talent development programs that support the organization’s strategic goals and workforce plans.
4. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs. Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices and implementing new strategies to improve the effectiveness of talent programs.
5. Analyze skill gap of R&D teams and help translate into learning requirements and activities to bridge those gaps.
任职资格:
Bachelor degree and above
8+ years of related work experience
Leadership development related certification is a plus
Know-how about HR management and talent development and leadership development;
Project management skills;
Good communication and teamwork;
Good learning agility;
Customer-oriented and result-driven
